Our in-house Architects work closely with you to create the best design and layout to suit your needs while ensuring compliance with Res-code, building code, and local planning scheme.

We manage the entire planning process on your behalf, including the pre-application meeting, Planning Application submission, public advertising, response to authorities’ Request for Further Information (RFI) and endorsement. 

If needed, we can also coordinate all necessary subconsultant to meet council’s planning requirements, serving as your single point of contact throughout the process. A list of documents that may be required for planning approval include, but are not limited to:
